A third member of the Turks is now in Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia. After the update, people can play through Level 3, Chapter 7, Part 2. If they do (or summon one of her weapons from the new banner), people can add Cissnei from Crisis Core FFVII let them Dissidia FFOO team.
Cissnei is a long range attacker in Dissidia FFOOsuitable for her Crisis Core FFVII and Before the crisis FFVII. She uses shurikens. Her storyboard banner features Yoidzuki 90CP with the ability LD Shooting Star. Her 70CP Rekka with EX Fortune Star is also available through it. So are her 35 CP Soga and 15 CP Sanho Shuriken.
According to the basic abilities, Cissnei’s kit includes Bladeglint and Threatening Ember. The former is an attack that deals BRV and HP damage. It also applies a Wild Rekka state, which boosts ATK and mBRV and allows Cissnei to perform further attacks after allies. Threatening Ember also deals BRV and HP damage. As part of it, it also attacks enemies around the target. Like Bladeglint, it is tied to Wild Rekka. It increases its level.

There is also an outfit for Cissnei based on her Crisis Core FFVII appear. For $36.99, people can get a Luxury Wardrobe Chest that includes 9,000 gems and her swimsuit accessory. In the past, Zack also has a swimsuit outfit.
The other two members of Turkey are playable in Dissidia FFOO. People can also recruit Reno and Rude.
