Co-pilot is your one-stop shop for most of your AI needs: text, images, and even music creation are all available on the service. If you are a Copilot user, you should know that Copilot Suno AI Text-to-music plug-in appears for the first time in December 2023was upgraded last week.

This information comes from Microsoft CVP for Search and AI Jordi Ribas, who shared via X (formerly Twitter) that Microsoft recently implemented Suno’s new v3 model in the Copilot plug-in. According to Ribas, the new model allows users to create better quality music with the option to create more styles and genres.

When Suno unveiled the v3 model in March, the startup claimed that the v3 was capable of producing “radio-quality music.” Other improvements include “improved fast compliance,” which helps deliver the more graceful finishes Ribas mentioned, as well as less hallucinations.

To try the model yourself, all you have to do is visit Co-pilot, click the “Plugins” option next to the chat and enable Suno. You can then ask Copilot to create a song by describing what you want with as little or as much detail as you like. As seen in the demo above, Copilot will use Suno to create lyrics and then songs that you can listen to, download, and share.

Sound-generating AI models are getting a lot of attention lately. Just last week, OpenAI shared an update about Voice Tools, an AI model that clones voices and Stable AI launched Its most advanced audio model, Steady Audio, essentially does the same thing as Suno AI.
