Nicola Sturgeon said she is “keeping an open mind” about increasing travel restrictions in Scotland in response to the Omicron Covid variant.
Scotland’s first minister told the BBC Andrew Marr that the response would be “proportionate” and that policies such as bans on travel between England and Scotland would be “a measure of last resort”.
