“It seemed like it was easy for her,” said Rosario. “When I got to the eighth column, she was really quick on the horse in front of me. I just wanted to be there and run with her.

It’s really worked out very well for Stonestreet, having two great fillings in Pauline’s Pearl and Clairiere. With an ideal location. to start Clairiere in a conditional allowance race, we’ll see which of the two runs in Apple Blossom.”
Pauline’s Pearl finished second with 3/4 length on March 12 against women’s sprint champion Ce Ce at Azeri Stakes (G2) in Oaklawn.
Clairiere’s win on Wednesday was her second at the Fair Grounds, where she won the 2021 Rachel Alexandra Bet presented by Fasig-Tipton (G2). Late last year, she added Cotillion Stakes (G1) at Racing Parx.
Raised in Kentucky, she is one of two winners of a bet made from Stonestreet’s Grade 1 Bernardini Prize-winning mare.
