Using built-in sensors, the 6-gram headset monitors your brain waves throughout the night, the company says. A linked app offers to show users sleep data, sleep pattern analysis, and customized recommendations through a linked app. The app is said to also track your daily steps, posture and position as you toss and turn through the night, and even tell you your “record” sleep time.
