But Blockade Australia not only wanted to protest, they were also accused of trying to set up roadblocks, to block traffic for long periods of time. They don’t act as if they care about ambulances transporting sick people to hospitals they can’t reach, or laborers rushing to get their children home, they intentionally cause misery. indiscriminate suffering for ordinary people, just to make a political point. And now they are being charged with breaking the law.
Blockade Australia rationalizes their alleged crimes that ordinary people don’t listen – but not being forced to listen to lunatics spout apocalyptic nonsense is also a god-given a free society.
