Bilt Rental Days: Get Rewards Points, Lyft Ride Credits, and More

Good news for Bilt Rewards members: The first day of each month is Bilt Rent Day. This month you can earn up to $25 Lyft ride credit, play quizzes to earn Bilt points, enjoy double points on non-rental purchases, etc. But you need to act. Be quick as most Bilt Rental Day promotions end at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on July 1.

The Bilt Rewards program is free to join and you don’t need to have Bill Mastercard® (see rates and fees) to participate in many Rental Day offers. Here’s what you need to know about July 1 Rent Day.

Lyft Ride Credit

You can get up to $25 in Lyft ride credits as part of the July 1 Rental Day. link your Bilt and Lyft accounts (if you haven’t already), then activate the offer in the Lease Days tab of your Bilt Rewards app by 11:59 p.m. PT on July 1. Click the “Activate Credits” button use” to activate the offer.

When you activate the offer, you’ll get a $10 Lyft ride credit if you’re a Bilt member without payment Mastercard. If you’re a cardholder, you’ll receive a $20 Lyft ride credit upon activation.

In either case, you’ll get an additional $5 credit if you link your account, activate this offer, set Bilt as an active Lyft loyalty partner, and ride Lyft on the 1st of the month. 7.

It can take up to 72 hours for your Lyft ride credit to appear under “Lyft Pass” in the billing section of your Lyft app. Your Lyft ride credit will be valid for 90 days.

Earn Bilt Points through Quiz

If you’re good at quizzes, you can increase your Bilt Rewards balance every Rental Day for free.

Bilt offers members five trivia questions through its app on each Rental Day. The questions increase in difficulty and value. In which, question 1 gets 10 points, question 2 20 points, question 3 30 points, question 4 40 points and question 5 50 points.

If you answer all five questions correctly, Bilt unlocks the sixth question worth an extra 100 points. You can earn 250 Bilt points through quizzes per Rent Day if you answer all six questions correctly.

Double Bilt Points for Non-Rental Purchases

As above Bilt rental dateYou will earn double points for using payment Mastercard to make non-rent purchases from midnight ET to 11:59 p.m. PT on the first of the month. You will earn the following for purchases you make on Lease Day 1 July:

eat and drink: 6 points for every dollar spent
Tourism: 4 points for every dollar spent
Other purchases (not including rent): 2 points for every dollar spent
Rent: 1 point for every dollar spent

You can earn up to 10,000 bonus points during Rent Day 1 July. However, you must use your Bilt Mastercard at least five times in each statement period to earn points.

Also, if you dine at a Dinner Bilt restaurant on Rent Day and using your Bilt Mastercard to pay, you can earn up to 11 points for every dollar spent.

Rent day challenge

Bilt is also bringing back the Rental Day Challenge. Go here page on Bilt .’s website by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on July 1 and submit answers to the three Rent Day Challenge questions. Bilt will then randomly select three winners who correctly answer three questions to win one month’s free rent (up to $2,500).

SoulCycle Day Ride Rental

Finally, Bilt will offer SoulCycle rides during the Monthly Hire Day. To participate, book a bike in a Rent Day Ride themed class at one of over 50 participating locations. You can order your bike on the SoulCycle website or app, but you’ll get 10 points for every dollar if you book directly through the Bilt app.

Regardless of how you book your Charter Day Trip, remember that you can bring a companion on your rental day trip on July 1 at no additional charge. In addition, one lucky rider and one guest on a Rental Day Trip on July 1 will each receive one month’s rent paid by Bilt.

History of the Rental Day promotion

Bilt offers at least one special promotion on each Hire Day in addition to the standard Hire Day offers. You can activate a Lyft ride credit of up to $25 for a July 1 rental. Here’s a rundown of the promotions we’ve seen on previous Lease Days:

June 2023: Everyone wins a gift of Bilt points, points to use towards the Bilt Collection, Lyft ride credits, free rent or round-trip flight rewards when they solve the Rent Day Challenge puzzle on June 1st.
May 2023: 100% bonus transfers to Air France-KLM Flying Blue on May 1st.
April 2023: Bilt members can apply from March 28 to April 1 to gain World of Hyatt Explorist status for 90 days and then retain Explorist status until February 2025 by staying 10 nights eligible from April 17 to July 16. Additionally, members can unlock Globalist status through February 2025 by staying 20 qualifying nights from April 17 to 16. July. Bilt also hosts members-only social events at three Hyatt properties on April 1.
March 2023: 50% bonus when you redeem points on Amazon purchases on March 1; 50% off all items in the Bilt Collection on March 1st.
February 2023: 100% bonus transferred to HawaiianMiles on February 1st; launches Bilt’s exclusive five-piece capsule collection with SoulCycle.
January 2023: Bilt introduced puzzles for Rent Day; Bilt gives its members 10 mini quizzes worth 50 points each, and the 11th question worth 100 points if you answer all 10 correctly by January 1.
December 2022: 100% bonus transferred to IHG One Rewards on December 1st; double points for out-of-rent spending from 12:01 a.m. PT on November 25 to 11:59 p.m. PT on December 1.
November 2022: Bilt members can sign up for the free United Airlines Premier status challenge from October 27 to November 1. Bilt Blue tier members can get Premier Silver while Bilt Silver tier members, Gold and Platinum can be obtained Premier Gold. Premium status is valid for 120 days, but you can extend your status until January 31, 2024, by receiving 1,000 Premium qualifying points (PQP) and 4 qualifying flights Premium event (PQF) for Premium Silver and 2,000 PQP and 6 PQF for Premium Gold .
October 2022: Bilt launched Rental Days with double points on spending beyond rent and SoulCycle-themed Rental Day Trips on October 1st.

Whether you earn extra rewards through quizzes, spending, or both, Bilt Rewards Hire Days allows you to increase your points balance.
