Joe Biden mentions high gas prices: Americans can save money if they buy electric cars

President Joe Biden pushed ahead with efforts to lower gas prices on Tuesday, but he reminded Americans that they will save money on gas if they own an electric car.
“For the hundreds of thousands of people who bought one of those electric vehicles, they’ll save $800 to $1000 in fuel costs this year,” Biden said, referring to the $112,595 electric Hummer pickup truck. la that he test drove at the General Motors plant. in Detroit earlier this month.
The president expressed frustration that some Americans continued to blame his environmental agenda for higher gas prices, calling it a “myth.”
“My efforts to combat climate change are not raising gas prices, what they are doing is increasing job supply,” Biden stressed.

There’s one little problem Biden could have overlooked – people fiddling with food on the table or filling up the tank with gas to get to work may not have 100K to spare. But I’m sure if Biden put his son, financial genius, Hunter, in this case, his administration would find a way to help the American people ease the burden of gasoline-powered transportation.
