Here at WIRED, we love hip bags (or belts, beggar bags, whatever you want to call them). In the wake of things in the 1990s, this might have been an uncommon confession. But now, we’re happy to share our love with a wider audience.
The hip bag won’t sweat your back or twist your spine. You can carry the weight in front, swing it backwards, or sling it over your shoulder. They can go from the hiking trail to the bar without missing a beat, and they can keep your train ticket and tuck it in your backpack while traveling. Best of all, they are Therefore much more convenient than trying to stuff your giant phone in your pocket. These are our favorites. Nothing.
