Amazon’s official datea major sales event the summer before the annual Black Friday shopping week, which began in 2015, and its popularity has created a new tradition for the e-retailer.
Since Prime Day’s launch, other vendors, including Walmart, Target, eBay and Best Buy, have begun participating in and hosting their own short sale events – with some companies even even choose to start before Prime Day to attract customers.
Amazon Prime Day 2022 will begin on July 12 at 3 a.m. EDT and will continue on July 13, running for a total of 48 hours. However, some deals have been launched for products, including Amazon’s lines of electronics and Fire TV.
