He is the most popular player, but winning 5 titles in 8 tournaments seems a bit unlikely.

- Dustin Johnson (18-1): I’m not quite sure what to think about Johnson at the moment. There’s no one better than the DJ at flipping the switch and turning everything on, it’s just a matter of whether it’s going to happen this week, next week, or sometime this summer.
- Jordan Spieth (18-1): Ugly but effective can describe Texan’s current swing. His confidence is soaring following his win at RBC Heritage, and now Spieth has a chance to show off in front of a home audience. Tee to green he has excelled, and if he can avoid the green glitches, he will be competing for a third title of his career at the Lone Star State.

- Will Zalatoris (20-1): He’s rounded up the Dallas trilogy, but maybe he should feature it this week. Zalatoris led the field in strokes reached last season on the way to a 17th draw but failed to convert enough scoring opportunities to be truly competitive.
