Global version of Arknights see its 36th month going into operation soon. This milestone is enough for Yostar and Hypergryph to call anniversary and celebration. The Arknights 2.5 Anniversary Stream previews new content and events for the game. Coming soon for a limited time Arknights event, called “Invitation to Drink”. Alike Who is Real? and Ancient Forge Before that, Invitation to Drink was a Lunar New Year event, rescheduled to accommodate the event pacing of the global version.

Like the previous is relevant Arknights event, Invitation to Wine involves a sister of Operator Yanese Nian. Where is Real introduces Dusk, Nian’s eleventh sibling, Invitation to Drink focuses on Ling, the third eldest. Ling is a carefree poet who can manipulate dreams. All three siblings (and the other sisters, whose identities are unknown) are fragments of Sui, a powerful Yan god. While another new character, Lee, investigates the origin of a mysterious wine glass, Kroos and Mr. Nothing enters Yan’s heartland to track down Ling.
The Arknights Invitations to the Wine event start on July 29, 2022 and end on August 12, 2022. The event will carry a new headhunter banner. Up there is Ling, as a limited unit, while Lee will join the pool of potential rookies. Another banner will give players a new chance to recruit Nian and Dusk, who are usually limited units. Because it’s the 2.5th anniversary of Arknights, players get one free turn each day of the event on Ling’s banner. They will also receive a free ten-reel ticket when the event goes live. Other new moderators for the Drink Invitation event include Blacknight (not to be confused with The Black Knight in the “Break the Ice” event) and Kroos the Keen Glint. Kroos the Keen Glint is a low rarity pillar Kroos 5-star Alternative Operator upgrade. She will have a new look and upgraded skills and talents.
Besides detailing the Invitation to Wine event, Yostar and Hypergryph previewed Arknights anime with a new trailer. They also released a new “legend” video detailing some of the countries in the Terra game world. This second “Terra Discovered” video provides an overview of Arknights world map, depicting the various factions that have appeared in the game’s main story and events.
