Antonio Brown wants to play with Lamar Jackson and Ravens QB seems to show mutual interest
If Antonio Brown plays in the NFL next season, it seems likely that the wide recordist will prefer to be with Raven.
Brown appeared on the “I Am Athlete” podcast on Monday, and host Brandon Marshall asked him where he would like to play next. Instead of saying a team, Brown shared which quarterback he’d like to play with: Lamar Jackson.
“Action Jackson,” Brown said. “Give his flowers to Lamar Jackson. … Shout out to Lamar Jackson. That’s it. Lamar Jackson is a great full-back. Not only he pitches, his dynamism in play, the excitement. ”

Jackson added to the conversation by reposting a video of Brown’s interview and placing a devil emoji in the post.

This speculation comes just weeks after Brown ended his career in Tampa Bay by taking off his jersey and running off the field in the middle of the Buccaneers game against the Jets. Since then, there have been questions about whether Brown will continue to play in the NFL.
Whichever team picks him will have to accept Brown’s history of finding controversy in and out of the field, but Raven is said to have considered signing Brown before then.
Brown’s cousin is Marquise “Hollywood” Brown, a broad receiver for Raven. So Brown has been with the Ravens in the past, and he even worked with Jackson in April 2020.
Asked about the recipient the end of that summer, Jackson said: “It was great to throw for Antonio Brown. I was hoping we would get him. I’m still hoping – just a little bit.”
Brown will of course sign to Tampa Bay, but he and Jackson will likely get another chance to play together.
