No E3, but with Summer Game Fest 2022 and a bunch of rollouts around, we’re still getting notifications! Here’s what Siliconera employees hope to see during next week’s festival.
More than anything else, I would like to see any of the rumored people Silent Hill projects are announced, or appear in some capacity. I can actually feel the monkey paw curl with that request, but I’m really just curious to see what kind of new concept Silent Hill explorable game! – Kazuma

It feels like 2019 Sakura Wars reboot is setting up the return of Sakura Shinguji and her crew. But a lot of people don’t know who she is! The original game has been remade on PS2! The first two games bundled together for a PSP release! Offers a traditional, tactical, worldwide release of the first Sakura Wars game, Sega! Please! – Jenny
Jenni beat me in the regular round of Sakura Wars begging, so I hope to hear more from Square Enix about their plans for Mission ahead rework, do it again. Besides that, not-E3 tends to be the go-to source for news on the biggest game titles being developed globally, so some news on HoYoVerse’s progress on Honkai Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero will also be welcome. – Josh
I’d be surprised if Square Enix didn’t have at least some kind of reveal for Dragon Quest XII. It has been in development since its release DQXI in 2017, for better or for worse. Of course, it was also only officially announced last year. But I still want to see something! Game? Figure? Story? Please give me a piece of information, Square Enix! – Andrew
There are a lot of franchises that I want to check out in this month’s announcements. Chronicles of Valkyria? Devil Survivor? Hey, what about Rocket Slime? But of the more probable, I really want to see Fire Emblem. Combatant the game is fine, but what brings me to Fire Emblem are tactics. Whether it’s a rumored remake or a brand new adventure, I just want to know something is coming. – Graham
Death Stranding 2. That’s it. That’s all I need. Really what’s new from Hideo Kojima. But Norman Reedus’ recent statements caught my attention DS2 announced this summer. – Annette
