When and why did you start boxing?
I was eight years old when I started boxing. My dad was one of the head coaches at Kingsheath ABC and he brought me and my brother Paddy here and I haven’t stopped since.

GGG, love his style and toughness.
Best fight you ever saw?
The fight between GGG and Canelo I.
What has been your personal career highlight so far?
Got their first win and made a spectacular comeback after two consecutive draws.
Toughest opponent?
Vasif Mamedov. A very strong fighter.
The best and worst qualities of a boxer?
My best trait is that I have a great straight punch and can turn it into a great left hook. My worst trait is that I will stand and fight instead of moving when I have to.
Training tips?
Be patient.
Favorite food and restaurant?
Restaurant: Horse shoe in Kenmare.
Meal: Chicken burger (with BBQ sauce).
Best friend in boxing?
My brother Paddy #PrettyBoy Walsh.

Oh oh.

One thing you would change about professional boxing?
Wrong decisions and early stops.

When was the last time you cried and why?
After the second draw, I felt like all the effort was not worth it and I had a private moment after the match in the hotel room.

I have dyslexia and difficulty writing but I love BBQ sauce.
