As a leader in sustainable mobility, Yinson GreenTech (YGT) is expected to electrify the Malaysia Motor Show 2024 this coming May 22-26. For the first time, five YGT affiliated businesses, namely driveEV, chargeEV, rydeEV, digitalEV and marineEV, will exhibit together at an event with the theme “Positively charged – Energizing the transition electricity”.
The all-inclusive exhibition will provide a comprehensive look at the brand’s electric vehicle solutions across land, sea and digital electric vehicle ecosystems for both consumers and businesses.
Before the show, visitors can use an autonomous shuttle bus service operated by eMooVit, a company majority-owned by YGT, from selected parking lots to the main exhibition site. Upon arrival, visitors interested in exploring the future of electrification can visit YGT’s booth (Hall A, Booth A14) to learn more about the company’s solutions for the transportation ecosystem and logistics.
Here’s what you can expect to find at the YGT showcase, which will offer a comprehensive hands-on experience:
EV drive: Visitors will have the opportunity to see the latest electric passenger and commercial vehicles available through driveEV’s rental program.
rydeEV: Visitors can test ride RYDER and HYPER electric bicycles with convenient replaceable battery systems. YGT will also display rydeEV’s battery exchange cabinets at the booth and provide information on government rebates of up to RM2,400 on these eco-friendly two-wheelers.
EV charging: YGT’s charging infrastructure solutions provider will showcase cutting-edge charging technology, including the latest Kempower and Alpitronic chargers. Additionally, chargeEV will offer visitors the opportunity to participate in a short survey. In exchange for valuable feedback, participants will receive free charging credits worth RM20 redeemable through the chargeEV app, downloadable at the booth.
Digital EVs: This YGT business will demonstrate its software development capabilities, where digital tools are developed to streamline operations and increase business efficiency.
seaEV: Visitors can get a glimpse into the future of maritime sustainability through prototypes from marinEV’s electric crew transport vessels and light cargo vessels.
YGT representatives will be on hand throughout the event to connect with businesses looking to implement sustainable practices. These representatives can discuss YGT’s comprehensive approach to electric fleet transformation, including leasing options, charging infrastructure solutions and technical management tools number.
