Alpina’s new Alpina Extreme Automatic Freeride World Tour 2023.
Available this year in the full Alpina collection, the 41mm x 42.5mm (round bezel) cushion-cased watch proudly displays the Tour logo on the existing dial. Alpiner Extreme pattern dial.
The pattern itself mimics Alpina’s own triangular logo, a natural tie to the Freeride World Tour and a symbol that echoes the Alpine peaks for which the brand is named. Alpina’s aged red triangular seconds hand counterweight only emphasizes the Alpina-FWT partnership.
Alpina sun brushed the steel case and attached it to the wrist with a black rubber strap. The crown at 3 o’clock is fitted with a rubber crown for easy use even when the owner is wearing ski gloves. Inside, Alpina puts the automatic caliber AL-525, a Sellita-based movement operating at 4Hz (28,800 vph), visible through the sapphire caseback on the back.
