The meeting was held at France Galop’s office in Paris, France, and was chaired by Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges. This is the first conference to be held in person since 2019 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics include the US Equestrian Safety and Integrity Authority, expanding the appeal of equestrianism globally, addressing climate change through sport, and learning from epidemic.
The first international conference of equestrian authorities was organized and hosted by the Société d’Encouragement in Paris, France, on 9 October 1967. Since 1994, the annual conference has been organized at the headquarters of France Galop by the International Federation of Equestrian Agencies. In 2021, the Japan Racing Association becomes the official partner of the festival.
