NY Post and Former Editor Michelle Gotthelf Tackling Discrimination Cases


A former top New York Post editor tackles her case of discrimination against the newspaper and a former editor-in-chief, whom she accused of sexually harassing her and retaliating against her for covering him.

Michelle Gotthelf, who was fired from The Post’s Digital Editor-in-Chief position in January, has applied lawsuit that month. In a joint statement on Tuesday, the Post and Ms Gotthelf said they had “amicably resolved” the case and it would be withdrawn for all parties.

Ms Gotthelf also named the Post’s current editor-in-chief, Keith Poole, in her complaint and said he fired her without cause two months after she told him about her experiences with him. Allan.

According to a newspaper spokesman, the settlement of the lawsuit came after a month of discussions between Ms Gotthelf and the newspaper.

In a statement on Tuesday, Ms Gotthelf said she was proud of her contributions at The Post.
