Summer Friday (founded by Lauren Ireland and Marianna Hewitt) is a brand that has been on my radar for quite some time, but I recently started trying out a few products that I absolutely love. Now, the price is slightly higher than a few of the other brands on this list, but I would happily pay it because I still consider it reasonable for the quality of the skincare. I’ve heard through Vine (aka on Instagram) that this brand’s Heavenly Sixteen oil is to the next level. Normally, I would shy away from face oils because I have acne that pops up, and if you’ve ever faced acne, you know anything even if the whisper of the word oil in it makes you gasp. exclaimed, “Immediately not.”
But this oil is composed of 16 non-pore-clogging oils that help to moisturize your skin wonderfully. My skin always feels so soft after using it and has that healthy glow. It also absorbs well, which is a big deal for me since that’s another hit with face oils—some of them feel as if they’re just sitting on top of my skin. This brand’s Overtime Mask is also a treat that I like to use a few nights per week to help my skin look brighter and feel less congested.
