Owned by Gordiano Racing Stable and trainer Jose Silva, the colt circled the horses in the far turn and won by one and a quarter lengths despite being fanned six wide at the start of the stretch. Dancing Porky finished five furlongs: 59.17 on the fast track.

Honor AP, a child raised in the royal lineage of Honor code Grade 1 winner Hollywood Story, was purchased as a hot filly by CRK Stable in 2018 for $850,000 at The Saratoga Sale, a select yearling sale by Fasig-Tipton.
A No. 2 winner, Honor AP was placed in the 2020 San Felipe Stakes (G2) before posting his biggest win in that year’s Santa Anita Derby (G1), defeating The Last Horse of year Real . He was then placed in the Common Confidence Stakes and finished fourth in the September 2020 running of the Kentucky Derby (G1) to end his career. Crossbred jockey George Krikorian retired with a 2-3-0 record in six starts for trainer John Shirreffs.
