$4,000 TERF Award for TAKE2 Second Career Program
The Education and Research Foundation (TERF) awarded TAKE2 Second Career Thoroughbred Program Inc. with $4,000.
TAKE2 Second Career Thoroughbred Program Inc., launched in 2012, promotes and develops a second career for retired racehorses from the track.
In keeping with its mission to support and promote equine education by assisting organizations in educating the public on how to properly care for horses, TERF will continue to provide financial support to them through 2022.
TAKE2 CEO Andy Belfiore said: “Education is key to purebred childcare success. Be informed about how it works. The retirement process.
