First launched in Malaysia is the Yamaha EZ115 kapchai 2023, priced at RM5,598, replacing the previous version. Yamaha Langda 115Z. Suggested prices are retail and do not include road tax, insurance or registration, and every EZ155 comes with a two-year or 20,000 km warranty against manufacturing defects.
The first test was discovered in Malaysia in the form of Yamaha Sirius, the EZ115 is powered by the same 113.7 cc Euro 4 c compliant single cylinder air-cooled engine as the Lagenda. Output power is claimed to be 9.92 hp at 7,750 rpm and 9.9 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.
Braking is done with a single hydraulic disc at the front and a mechanical drum brake at the rear. Suspension system uses telescopic forks and double shock absorbers with adjustable preload to keep the rear of the car stable.
A new, larger halogen headlight is fitted and the same dashboard displays speed, fuel and gear position, along with a odometer. A storage compartment is found under the saddle and has enough capacity for a full-face helmet.
There are three color options available – Red, Cyan, and Blue. Quantities of EZ115 will be available at Hong Leong Yamaha authorized dealer showrooms from this week.
