Hot prediction Toyota GR Corolla The hot hatch appears to have leaked, both images and details, hours before the official April 1 reveal.
The photos were posted on Forum GR Corolla, and obviously legal. They did widespread on social media.
They show off a wild-looking hot hatch with flared arches and wider track, powerful front bumper and rear diffuser, and a roof spoiler. In other words, its appearance is more like the Honda Civic Type-R than the Volkswagen Golf R.

The US market leak posted from a ‘staging’ site Toyota US was discovered to confirm that it will use the GR Yaris’ three-cylinder turbo, producing around 224kW (300hp) and modelling. – 370Nm (273 foot-pounds) of torque, using a six-speed manual transmission.
That depends on the 200kW capacity of the GR Yaris.
The GR Corolla is expected to come with an all-wheel drive (AWD) system that can send up to 70% of torque to the rear wheels, with a variety of driving modes. Expect Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
The Launch Edition for the US market is set to offer a forged carbon fiber roof, a vented hood, 18-inch matte black wheels and upgraded Ultrasuede synthetic leather seats. It will also feature the front and rear Torsen limited-slip differentials of the GR Yaris Rallye.
Toyota USA has aggressively advertised the Corolla GR as it will be their first full-blown model in just over 30 years. The Yaris GR is not sold in North America and there are no plans to introduce it there.
