2023 Modenas Kriss 110 and Kriss 110 Disc brakes updated – priced at RM3,917 and RM4,437 respectively
Updates for underbone motorcycles in the Modenas Malaysia lineup, Kriss 110 2023, priced at RM3,917, and Kriss 110 Disc Brakes (DB), priced at RM4,437, excluding road tax, insurance and registration .
Available now at authorized Modenas dealers, the Kriss 110 comes in Blue, Black, and Gold colors while the Kriss 110 DB can be purchased in Blue, Black, and Red color options. As the name suggests, the Kriss 110 comes with front and rear mechanical drum brakes while the Kriss 110 DB has hydraulic disc brakes at the front and mechanical drum brakes at the rear.
Both Kriss 110 models are powered by a single-cylinder, air-cooled, Euro 3 SOHC engine. With a displacement of 108 cc, the Kriss’ output power is rated at 6.7 kW. force at 8,000 rpm with a torque of 6.7 Nm, while power goes through a four-speed rotary gearbox with a centrifugal clutch and ultimate transmission by chain.
Updates to the Kriss 110 include a new headlight design and a USB charging port for the driver’s electronics. Driving conveniences include a 6.6-liter storage compartment under the seat and a hazard light switch.
The analog dashboard shows the speed while the LED fuel gauge shows the level in the 4.2 liter fuel tank. The weight of the Kriss 110 is listed as 97 kg with the suspension using telescopic fork at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear with adjustable preload.
