My baby’s sensitive stomach led to pancreatitis that almost killed him. She was at Blue Pearl for a few days. She can’t handle fat. She’s currently on a vet-prescribed Royal Canin low fat gastrointestinal tract and she’s amazing. We tried several different foods and each gave her pancreatitis. The last is the worst. Since this food, she has had no problems for more than 3 years now. It costs more than some foods but considering the treatment of her condition is at least 2-3 thousand dollars, this food is also good in the world.

I recently took our girl into Farmers Dog. I’ve been cooking for her for several years, but I worry that she’s not getting enough vitamins, etc. she likes the food and she’s very healthy…but…it’s not cheap. It comes once a month, is frozen in packages and you feed according to your dog’s weight. I am very satisfied with it.

Trust me! I have tried everything. Even make my own food. The only thing that really worked was a royal dog sensitizer prescribed by a veterinarian. We got it through dai and they had to call and pick up the prescribed dog food and then it would be delivered. A pet store does not carry it even if the pet is smart because it has been prescribed. It’s expensive but my dog poop is back to normal! He will be here forever.

I make a homemade ..rice and green bean dish. I switch it up from time to time. With ground beef. Steak or chicken. I also mix some cheese after reheating. Not every day but they love it. I have someone who is prone to pancreatitis and this has worked very well for me. I also make sweet potato pasta instead of rice with vegetables and meat. Store in the great fridge. I find that even when everything is high, it doesn’t cost me any extra to make it myself then buy it and the Gastro diet foods are very high.

Always feed my existing dogs raw. But a previous mini had an unsightly belly and I ended up making my own food. I put the chicken and rice with some fresh vegetables like carrots in the food processor. There are a number of natural supplements that are good for digestion as well that can be found on the internet. Also makes white fish and potatoes. Make it into large batches, separate into smaller containers, and freeze.

Real food – no frills! My dieters love Small Batch, Primal, and most recently, we tried a we-rehydrated dehydrating food from Big Dog Naturals. Big Dog Naturals are fermented foods that help with gut health. Adding goat’s milk/fermented milk to any other well-balanced, food-grade diet will help replenish beneficial bacteria in their gut. Please do not feed your beautiful schnauzers your Hills, Royal Canin, Chicken and Rice, or some other junk food.

Schnauzers are known for their sensitive stomachs and need a low-fat diet. Our product has Royal Canin low fat and gastrointestinal tract low fat feed. He developed pancreatitis at the end of May this year and we feel this is due to the red meat we normally feed him once a week, so the only ‘meat’ we give him now. chicken now. to his stomach.

You can probably fresh food. I can do this for my fur baby. Might want to try a single batch. Add or take away any ingredients you want. My dog loves it. I also mix it with dry dog food.

Element

1-1.5 pounds ground chicken or cut into small pieces

2 cups rice (white or brown rice)

3 large carrots, cooked and chopped

1 medium sweet potato

2 large handfuls cooked and ground chickpeas

2 boiled eggs, peeled

1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

2-3 cups chicken broth

Ingredients: 3 X=18-19 pints (Same direction)

5.5 – 6 pounds ground chicken or cut into small pieces

7 cups rice (white of brown rice)

9 large carrots cooked and mashed

4-5 small sweet potatoes

3 handfuls chopped cooked green beans

7 boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

6-7 cups chicken broth

(Raw chicken will also make broth.)

Direction

Finely chop the rice so that it becomes a single grain. Crush hard-boiled eggshells and all also grind vegetables or chop them in a food processor. Mix the rice, chopped eggs and chopped vegetables so that they stir until they are well blended.

Add vegetable broth and chicken broth and stir to combine. Pour apple cider vinegar over the mixture and stir well. Add chicken and mix well.

Wrap the cooled chicken mixture in a warm jar and place them in the heating Pressure Cooker.

Once all of the chicken mixture is in the jars and the jars are in the Pressure Canister, close the pressure canister. Carry pressure up to 10 pounds and pressure can Pint and half a pint in 75 minutes.

You can change the meat to beef or any other meat your puppy will eat. I add a pound of minced chicken liver if available.

Freeze

You can pack this mixture in a Foodaver bag or freezer and place it in the freezer to defrost for daily use. This is okay to serve cooked or raw depending on your preference.

FYI:

This recipe is wheat-free, corn-free, oat-free, and preservative-free. There aren’t many chemicals that dog food companies are killing our pets with.

I find a half liter of this will feed my toy poodle in about a day and a half. It can vary according to your dog’s age and energy level.

This formula has not been scientifically tested. Also understand that USDA does not recommend canning rice because rice swells and increases density in the jar. I do not recommend canning in jars larger than pints.
