You’ll have to cross the country to Seattle, Washington if you want to find the second highest level of dog poop. Other cities in the line include Atlanta, Georgia, and San Francisco, California.
Of course, we realize that there will always be people who don’t take care of their dog. It’s not really too much of a hassle to do so but some people just refuse, perhaps thinking it’s under them or that it’s going away.
