We keep feeding my pumpkin and it’s the real cause of the illness as soon as we stop feeding it it’s fine the vet can also give a very helpful prebiotic paste and it may require antibiotics so it’s best to get them checked out before trying anything else as they may be able to give you some food to keep their stomachs hydrated.

My boy also had problems until I started making food for him. In the crockpot, I took a pound of ground beef, 2 cups of rice, a can of chickpeas, 1 can of kidney beans, chopped fresh carrots, a can of peas, and 4 cups of water. Cook over high heat for 4 hours. He gets some crumbs and the rest of this food and he hasn’t been sick for over a year. Good luck.

Just took me to the vet for diarrhea and vomiting. She has a bacterial infection in her stomach. Give antibiotics and probiotics. Feed her boiled chicken and rice for 4 days. i have her on Sensitive scientific diet. Now she is doing great!

That’s right, cook them some boneless, boneless chicken breasts without seasoning in chicken broth with some rice. Small servings to start. My Dixie got this two months ago and that’s what he told me to do. If it improves, they can eat scrambled eggs, make sure their water is so they don’t get dehydrated. Good luck! I put the chicken in the slow cooker and cook until really tender, add the chicken, some rice and broth and Zoie loves it. She hasn’t eaten for 5 days but is drinking. If the event stops, go to the vet, they will need some medication.

Dachshunds are prone to pancreatitis. I already have one on Hill’s digests less fat as prescribed dog’s food. And also included in endosorb to limit diarrhea. It is controllable. My Stormy has lived for 17 years.

I would avoid chicken. Lamb works well for our dog with tummy problems. We are currently using N&D lamb, pumpkin and blueberry. It contains no grains but has added taurine if you’re worried about that. His stools have returned to normal.

We had that problem and it turns out he has IBS. Now he’s taking Hills Science’s Low Fat Chicken Gastro Gastro Recipe in combination with Hills stomach biome crushed stone. Also take half a Pepcid AC 10mg tablet twice a day. Has been very good about that. However, as others have mentioned, go to your vet first. If you want to stop diarrhea, rice and boiled lean ground beef.

Well, here it is…I’m sure this doesn’t apply to all dogs. They are just like humans, some can tolerate foods that other dogs of the same breed cannot. My girl eats pretty much everyone’s food. Yes, there are some things that dogs cannot tolerate. ONE Responsible owners should be aware of these items. However, like I said, my 11 year old and strong girl pretty much eats what I do. She eats her dog food for a snack.

Make your own food. According to Dr. Karen. Dr. Karen Becker. I have pancreatitis. My vet swore that feeding her a Hills prescription low-fat food would be the answer and better than what I’m doing now – boil her meat three times and strip off the fat. . water with fat. Well, I started introducing it gradually and after 4 days she started cycling (4 times a day) again. I stopped doing that and just fed, no more vomiting. Furthermore, I have no doubt that it was the organic food I fed my two puppies that actually killed my baby and made my little one sick. They didn’t remember anything about the kibble I gave them. The first thing your veterinarian will tell you is to take all of their food and water for 24 hours. Then add some water and some boiled white rice. If they tolerate it, you can add the chicken the next day. Take it slow and see how your dog does. If If they still have diarrhea they will need to see a vet and get tested to see what’s going on. Once things settle down, try some dog food for sensitive stomachs. I had to go through this process twice before my dog was fine with me.
