Yae Miko Nerf will be rolled back after feedback on the changes
When The Genshin effect Patch 2.6 came out, it finally changed the way a character works. Changes to Yae Miko altered her Elemental Skills, resulting in a nerf. Due to the new targeting system, it sometimes doesn’t work as intended or deal damage. Now miHoYo announced that it will rollback the changes on April 6, 2022. It will also hand out Primogem to players as compensation.
Here’s what happened. When The Genshin effect 2.6 changes took place, which inadvertently resulted in a nerf for Yae Miko’s Yakan Evocation: Sesshou Sakura. Usually, when she uses this, she basically places up to three “turrets” known as Sesshou Sakura. These will deal Electro damage to enemies while active. As a result of the patch, they will prioritize attacking the nearest enemy. The new patch will randomize enemy targets.
For free Primogems everyone will get 100 of them. Those will be sent out in an in-game mail message between April 6-9, 2022.
This is not the first time a five-star star The Genshin effect Characters have been changed following feedback from players. After Zhongli’s Released in 2020he received two waves of buffs.
The Genshin effect available for PS4, PS5, PC and mobile devices. It will also come to the Nintendo Switch.
