A new electric scooter from China is now available in the European market, the Yadea F200. Although the actual release date has not been revealed, a few details are also known with some release images.

It is noteworthy that the design of the Yadea F200 was developed in conjunction with Porsche. The shape of the F200 is said to be inspired by the shape of sports cars.

Yadea says the F200 is equivalent to a 125 cc internal combustion scooter with power coming from a twin battery pack and an 11 kW motor. Maximum torque of 236 Nm is available from zero and the F200 is tuned to a top speed of 100 km/h while the range is claimed to be 128 km.

There’s no news on pricing but the F200’s specs are updated, including a TFT-LCD panel and LEDs. Other driving conveniences include keyless entry and under-seat storage while braking uses ABS disc brakes with twin shock absorbers at the rear.

For Malaysia, Yadea has chosen MForce Bike Holdings as its authorized distributor with its first electric scooter shown at the recent Malaysia Autoshow. During the show period, several models were on display and this is the first model in a series that is expected to launch this June.
