– Drew McIntyre defeats Butch via pinfall after Claymore kick
Moment of the Night: Liv Morgan Appears
The interesting wrestling story of the week was Liv Morgan’s title win at Money in the Bank, so a SmackDown appearance was inevitable.
When watching this segment, it’s obvious how winning the title has given Liv more confidence in herself as a performer. You can tell she’s ready to prove her worth as a champ.
The idea of a rematch with Ronda at SummerSlam might worry some fans, specifically Liv’s mainstay, but I have faith in our new champion.
I believe she will have another star-studded performance in Nashville by successfully defending her title against Rousey (fingers crossed).

Shinsuke Nakamura and Ludwig Kaiser faced off on Friday Night SmackDown before Kaiser faced the consequences of Gunther.
Gunther started a new show with Shinsuke Nakamura this week over the Intercontinental Championship.
This is a dream match for most die-hard wrestling fans, so I’m looking forward to witnessing their inevitable encounter.
After weeks of textures positioning Lacey Evans as a sympathetic babyface, she’s officially back.
This was a surprise to many, as it seems like WWE wants to try something different with her this time around.
Luckily, she’s a natural heel, so the transition won’t be difficult.
