Woolley was granted a stay; Appeals Suspension of Arizona, Fine
Coach Bennie L. “Chip” Woolley Jr. has been granted a 180-day suspension and a $2,625 fine by Rudy Casillas, director of the racing division of the Arizona Game Department, while he appeals the ruling that was issued. last month by Turf Paradise managers.

According to the appeal, Woolley told Arizona State veterinarian Dr. Susan Gale that the contents of the syringe were magnesium, not a banned substance, according to Kushner.
The managers raked Kissable U and other horses trained by Woolley that are scheduled to race on February 8.
