Here Automatic log, most of us have “abandoned” cars. For me, there are a few, but the one that stands out is the original 1995 Ford F-150 in a beautiful purple color. Purple? Yes, purple. And if you’ve seen it, you won’t judge. While I would love to own that pickup truck and spend my weekends driving it to the Rocky Mountain trails, that’s not the case. But even with how great that truck is, it doesn’t hold a candle to this Custom 1969 Ford F-100 that Omaze is giving away.

Here are the specs for the restored 1969 Ford F-100 in question, according to Omaze:

I’m not the only one on Automatic log staff think this restoration deserves a little praise. Editor-in-Chief Greg Migliore chose it over all other current Omaze offerings for holiday staff select post. Here’s what he had to say:

“I will follow the custom 1969 Ford F-100. This example is a wonderful blend of modern power – the Coyote V8 under the hood – and classic charm. Two-tone paint and distressed whiskey-colored seats really set the era. There are a lot of new features, such as LED lights and even some hot-touch details, like the Borla exhaust. Bigger Ford trucks finally getting some mainstream attention, as evidenced by ’78 Eluminator word concept SEMA, and it’s worth it. This benefits Kevin Bacon’s charity, and I just happened to watch Aaron Sorkin’s 1992 movie “A Few Good People,” in which Bacon, Demi Moore, Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson and seems like every other actor from the 1990s and 2000s appeared. ”

You are probably asking yourself, what does it take to win? First of all, according to Omaze, “no contribution or payment is required to enter or win this sweepstakes.” $10 will get you 100 entries, while $50 will get you 1,000 entries and $100 will get you 2,000 entries.
