The Most Winning Horse in North America in 2022, Built Wright Stables Beverly Park started his 2023 season just as he wrapped up his 2022 campaign — with another overwhelming starting allowance win.

He ran 6 1/2 long distances on a sloppy track in 1:20.05 under the lead of jockey JD Acosta. It was his fourth win in a row and pushed his career record at Charles Town to 6 to 8. He paid $2.80.

Beverly Park is currently 26 out of 48 overall, with 15 of those wins coming in 30 starts last year, showing the stability and tenacity that have made him a fan favorite favorite. He’s raced across the country in West Virginia, Ohio, Louisiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey and Arkansas.

Starting at as low as $5,000 with an earlier start in summer 2021, he is eligible to become a lower level beginner if eligibility extends to at least July 8, 2021. He may have less of a starting chance in the second half of 2023.
