“Can you stop, please?” Spring asked Rosing after she attempted to swing her, a video showed.
“No,” replied Rosing. “You are a ***** and you are an ab****.”
Spring, somehow remaining calm throughout it all, replied. “Oh my God, I’m not getting paid enough for this.” “I have all of this on video,” said another voice off the camera.
Another student tried to help Spring put Rosing in a seat, causing her to start swinging on them. Rosing started Spring before attempting to push the cart at them, additional footage shows.

In her TikTok video, Spring said Rosing punched her several times, bit her arm and kicked her in the stomach.

“The girl started saying things like ‘Do my housework,’ ‘It’s not my fault you’re black,’ ‘It’s not my fault you’re ugly,’ and now she’s like singing the n-word,” Xuan said.

Police eventually arrived at the scene and handcuffed Rosing, who continued to use the n-word while refusing to give the officers’ names.
“Hey, guess what? You will go to jail,” the arresting officer told Rosing.

“I understand an apology may not help but I am not racist. I was affected (and) I literally lost everything and now I have to fear for my life. God forgive me, please understand me,” Rosing wrote.
However, she was kicked out of an area recently for using racially ill-considered villains according to a tweet, with a photo of her being thrown by a social media rounder.

In a statement released Sunday morning, the University of Kentucky condemned the attack, calling it “disturbing” and “deeply offensive,” however the statement did not disclose Rosing’s name.
“Early this morning, a disturbing incident was captured on video at a boarding house,” the university said. “This video is highly offensive and we take it very seriously.”

“The safety and well-being of our students is our top priority, and we will not tolerate behavior that threatens it,” said the University of Kentucky.
Meanwhile, university president Eli Capilouto sent a similar message to the university community saying there would be a full investigation.
Spring said the school needs to do more to ensure students do not deal with such racist attacks on campus in the future.
“The problem here is that this happens so much on a college campus that things can’t be done and we get these emails and everything about how to do it. [the university doesn’t] she said. “I feel like at this point, attention needs to be turned from the offender to the offended.”
