The temperatures are back and we’re trying desperately to stay indoors at Nintendo Life here. We have compiled everything that was shown in Splatoon 3 Nintendo Direct! Also, was feeling a bit sad after Kirby’s Dream Buffet has a release date. And there is a beauty Metroidvania hand-drawn with cats coming to Switch later this month!

Talk about Splatoon 3some of us on the team are a bit nervous about the upcoming sequel, but this Live could have ease our worries. we Talk to the team behind the indie hit Cult of the Lamb and poke fun at ‘evil’ Mule‘compare. And, apparently, liking Krookodile makes this writer a big alligator fan (don’t deny it) – but What does your favorite Pokémon say about you??

Now is the time to relax and discuss our weekend gaming plans. A few mThe Nintendo Life team’s embers have done just that right below, so feel free to read our articles and then join in with your own via our comments section. Interesting!

This weekend, I’m legally starting to jump in Cult of the Lamb. I bought a bunch of visual novels during a recent eShop sale – 13 Sentineland Danganronpa 1 and 2, and I still have to finish AI: Somnium files – but those are on hold after I saw the reviews for Cult of the Lamb. I mean, I was so excited about it. And then I did an interview with the art director, and I than excited. I like cute things and I love killing people to appease my guardian angel.

Oh, and Gate 2. I have finished Port 1 for Backlog Club already!

Okay, so I’m coming at 10 o’clock Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and I just finished Chapter 2. God, what a game! The cutscenes and battles at the end of Chapter 2 are easily passable to the end of any other game; that is unbelievable Epic. To say it has claws in me is an understatement and I can definitely see Xenoblade Chronicles 3 gobble up my life for weeks at this point, maybe even months.

That’s really it for gaming this weekend. The other thing I would do is dive into The Complete Witcher on my Kindle because I recently bought it from Amazon for a total of 99p. It’s good so far! It’s true that I’m still just my first book of short stories, so I’m not like correct into the narrative, but it will take some time.

I’m spending my weekend looking at new apartments for me to move into, so Moving out feels like a safe game in the morning while I’m getting ready for the day – like you see a pro athlete taking some early shots to warm up, I’m going to shout at my colleagues himself to show me a weird cell! (Editor’s Note: It’s a pity you didn’t play Jim is moving out!)

However, it would also be nice to take a break from the world of travel for a while, that’s why I’m so excited to come back. Direct. Despite loving everything I’ve played so far, I feel like I haven’t given it the time it deserves and what better way to take a break from the stress of the house than with the cheerful soundtrack of Yoko Shimomura?

Alana Hagues, editor

This week – you guessed it – added Xenoblade Chronicles 3. In the span of a week, I read a whole chapter. Only one. I’m on chapter 5 now and I’m still going very high with this game. I’ve been trying to level up more classes, recruit all the Heroes and explore every inch of every map, but the new area I just arrived at is big. I think it’s a few hours until the end of the chapter, let alone the end of the game! As Eunie would say, it sparkles so well!

That’s all to keep me out of the heat this weekend – stay cool and safe, guys! Drink lots of water and eat lots of ice cream.

As always, thanks for reading! Be sure to leave us a comment below with your weekend gaming plans!
