There are always rumors and talk about what’s next for Nintendo. Lots of details are coming up that suggest a new console could arrive in the next few years. Not to mention we’re celebrating Today Famicom turns 40 years old. So let’s talk about which Nintendo console or handheld got each of us into the game.
My first Nintendo console was the original Game Boy that my mother played in the hospital while pregnant with me. Spent a lot of time playing Super Mario Land, Space Invaders And super hunchback. We didn’t get round to play Pokemon until the Game Boy Color came out, but when we did, we pretty much guaranteed that we’d be playing Nintendo handhelds for the next 10 years. — Elliot
That’s a complicated question! As I imagine it’s for anyone with an older sibling. the first one i play is my brother’s NES. I remember I was much better at TMNT than me now, somehow, and play a lot Risk! with my mother and brother and… not much better, because I’m only two years old and that’s not the best age for trifles.
the first one i own it’s the Game Boy, again definitely my brother’s, but he left the table at Shoney’s after opening the birthday present and I’m still sitting there in the backseat and I’m not sure he ever touched it anymore.

I remember when I got my first Nintendo console, because I’m not alone. When I was a kid, my best friend at that time and I went to the same class, the same school, and had my parents as friends. Sears Outlet received several Game Boys after launch and they decided to take us both to buy one on the same day. So it was a totally fun outing and a big deal, where each of us had a system, jigsaw puzzle And Land of Super Mario.
