The truth is that there is always something to capture, but often the problem is how we approach things. One of the best ways I’ve found to get out of my creative slump is to set limits on myself. It doesn’t really matter what the restrictions are; they can be something arbitrary like just shooting with a narrow aperture or slow shutter speed. The idea is that by setting limits on yourself, you engage the problem-solving part of your brain, and by finding solutions, you find a new path to the creative ideas that you have. there may not be.
