This week’s entry is certainly not brought to you by Coca-Cola “Intergalactic,” whose promise of “Blackcurrant and Carrot” flavorings, unfortunately, has failed to deliver on this out-of-this-world taste sensation. send my delicate palette fly into the stratosphere.
I like soda. I drink quite a lot. But I feel we’ve got more than enough varieties to choose from, and I’m not sure if the call is guaranteed for Intergalactic Coke, Pixel Coke or Pepsi Nitro. Then again, I’m old enough to remember The Cola Wars. It’s terrible, son. The ring of scissors littered the streets, “improved recipes” tasted horrible, fresh-faced youths sang on the hilltops, and Michael Jackson’s head was on fire… Well, there it was. to be most of bad.
Anyway, it’s all irrelevant. I will always be an Afri-Cola man.
Live life to the MAXIMUM
It was a tumultuous time for me. And while I was on the brink of what should have been a fresh start, I felt instead stuck, confused, scared, and angry. My country sucks and there’s no money, my knees hurt, I’m dry of creativity, and I have to move house soon. Is this the storm before the calm? I certainly hope so. Because I want to start telling you about the games I’ve played and which I haven’t played yet.
In fact, this weekend will likely see me boxing up my console for the move, so it will be at least a week without street fighter, or street inspiration, or Celeste, or any great digital experience that keeps the business going. Not only that, Devolver Digital’s Walk to Yomi is on the horizon. How I can Not ready to shake when that drops? I hope the rest of the month goes smoothly and that normal service resumes as soon as possible, albeit from my (average) sexy new digs.
