We’ve teamed up with PlayStation, and the Astro legend is diving into the Blunderdome. Yes, that’s right – you can now be PlayStation’s cutest robot right here in Fall Guys.
And since so many of you have asked how our incredible art team put these designs together, we thought we’d give you a beginner’s course. on how to make a Autumn Boy outfit. Interesting!
The creation of the Astro Bot bean
Autumn Boy Outfits Are More Than Just Transformations. Our team of talented artists believe that you need to really feel like you are wear costumes, not just become a completely different character. We think of a Fall Guys outfit like real clothes made for your legume. It’s like a fashion designer’s dream!
We put all of our crazy, silly, clumsy personalities into one by one. From the iconic Astro comes something cute and cuddly (and a little creepy too) with the T-Rex. If we don’t blow our own trumpet too much… we think we’ve nailed it.

Bring Astro and T-Rex to Blunderdome
In addition to being fun and cool, our outfits were chosen because they feel like a crazy marriage. For example, Astro has become a famous face. But he has so much cute charm that we look at him and know he’s seamlessly integrated into our wacky world. That’s the fastest yes we’ve ever said. You can’t say anything faster than we say yes.
Cute bracelets, round body, completely unmistakable design. All are working. Especially when you consider the popularity of both games on the PlayStation console. But what if you don’t create a costume based on an iconic character? It still has to be recognized in its own right. And that’s when outfits like T-Rex come in. At its core, it’s a great design that resonates with the collectibles we know all of our players have. It’s the outfit you want in your wardrobe.

How do you make a fall outfit for a guy?
To get to that stage, we have to go through a lot of iterations. And it all started with the art team’s sketch.
This is where the madness is reduced and ironed flat. We explore every angle. What shapes can we use? What colors? Do we want bright light? And how many original characters we included in our Fall Guys designs. For example, the Astro Bot’s eye design is positioned lower than our regular design to accommodate proportions. It is the attention to detail that we love and cherish.

From the design and sketch, we proceed to the rendering.
Our initial concepts often change a lot at this point, and for a variety of reasons. From the fact that some designs simply don’t work as well in 3D as they do in 2D.
Astro poses proudly after our amazing 3D art team has finished rendering our latest concept. Astro is now ready to join the Blunderdome.
We spend a lot of time here polishing and fine-tuning, before getting into the various sculpting stages. Here, we create a 3D case, then add textures, and finally put down our digital sculpting knife to admire our finished masterpiece.
Now to the sweet event content (Sweet Thief)
No Fall Guys costume drop event would be complete without a new challenge event, right? Sweet Thieves is a massive event with lots of new gameplay and immersive gameplay. And a collaboration as big as Astro Bot feels like the perfect way to celebrate a new dose of shameless fun, goofiness and mischief.
Furthermore, T-Rex will also be available. It will reset you five Crowns for the Top and five Crowns for the Bottom. Pay attention to it during the event!
