I definitely agree that the Sony a7R III is a product that is worthy of scrutiny. The a7R III is a somewhat groundbreaking camera in that it is the first high-resolution (42-megapixel) body to also feature a fast continuous shooting rate (10 fps), meaning photographers don’t have to worry about it. must choose between granularity and speed. And like other Sony sensors, the sensor in the a7R III has excellent dynamic range making it a favorite choice for many landscape photographers. Its performance is still competitive in 2022, and I suspect that most photographers will be quite happy with it. I’ve owned one for several years and love mine.
