Daily Harvest says it has received about 470 reports of illnesses related to the company’s French Lentils and Leek Peels. Consumers report being sick with mysterious symptoms, including elevated liver enzymes. About 28,000 units of the product were distributed in the US between April 28 and June 17, according to the company.
