Aidan O’Brien and Ryan Moore’s dazzling Royal Ascot continues as Warm heart achieved impressive success in the June 22 Ribblesdale Stakes (G2) at Ascot Racecourse.
A winner listed in Newbury last month, the daughter of the late Galileo headed in the lengthy final and quickly overcame her rivals to score 8-1. Favorite Odds Al Asifah fainted because of the dispute and ranked sixth.

It was O’Brien’s third win of the week after a prestigious double on June 20, and the fourth win of the week for Moore, one of the meeting’s all-time top drivers.
O’Brien told ITV Racing: “Ryan gave her an interesting ride. She ran a very good race in Newbury the day before, but we’re not sure if the ride was too far for her. She got there a little early and Ryan waited as long as he could, but we’re happy with her.
“Ryan is absolutely brilliant and an incredible guy. Every year he gets better because he puts in so much effort day in and day out. He makes himself better.”
glow stone coached by Joseph, son of O’Brien, dropped 2 1/2 lengths in second place, with Green socks add 1 1/4 length back in third place.
Warm Heart’s win gave O’Brien and Moore their fourth win at Ribblesdale and their first win since teaming up to win with Magic wand in 2018.
Moore said: “She’s an outspoken person and we were in an advantageous position, it all went well. All of the winners here are hard to come by and you need the little things to make it happen. work for yourself.
“Sometimes the ball bounces for you and sometimes it doesn’t, but in that race it happened. She’s definitely a better player today than she was in Newbury.”
Warm Hearts holds many top-tier entries this summer, including Pretty Polly Stocks (G1) next week and Falmouth Stocks (G1) and Irish Oaks (G1) next month.
The winner paid £9.65 for the win.
