Wallet, Winners of the 2023 Visitor Championships: Golfer payouts, winners’ share from $20 million total
While last week’s US Open was technically a more prestigious trophy, this week’s Travelers Championship will pay the same amount to participants. The Travelers and its $20 million wallet mark the ninth and final designated event of the PGA Tour’s 2023 regular season.
Although the Open Championship and the three FedEx Cup Qualifiers will follow, the Open as a major tournament falls outside the criteria of the designated event and the three remaining events are all outside of the Tour’s regular season.
It has also been quite a year for the specified events. Nearly every one of the first eight has delivered a good tournament and a quality champion. Here are your first eight champions for 2023:

With nearly every player from the world top 50 in Connecticut this week, you can expect an equally stunning winner when the dust settles at TPC River Highlands on Sunday. It will also be very expensive, with the top three all receiving over $1 million and the top 11 all earning over $500,000.
