Viltrox’s new $199 EF-to-E-mount ‘smart adapter’ features a built-in OLED display, full AF/EXIF support, and more: Digital photography review

Optical and accessory manufacturer Viltrox has announced new Canon EF- to Sony E-mount converter with built-in OLED display, full autofocus support and EXIF data transfer capability.
The EF-E5 Smart Mount Adapter, as Viltrox mentions, is a fifth generation adapter that improves on its predecessor with new features as well as a built-in OLED display that shows the focal length. focal length, aperture, and focus mode of the device that came with the lens. Viltrox has also hidden a micro USB port on the inside of the adapter that can be used for future firmware updates when newer cameras and lenses are released.
