Kia has revealed the specifications and various details on Electric SUV EV9 2024. Shaped to rival both petrol models like the Toyota Highlander and electric vehicles like the Rivian R1S, the EV9 will reach around 300 miles in some form, restoring nearly 150 miles of range in 15 minutes. and is a 3.7 kW power bank vehicle, with future Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) capabilities. Other notable features include a Level 3 driver assistance system and an app store that enables Enhanced mode.

The 2022-2023 Tesla Model X is under investigation by the federal government because of a possible seat belt failure, affecting up to 50,000 vehicles. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the problem reported in some vehicles appears to be assembly-related.

And with a strategic agreement announced last week, Toyota and one of its top suppliers, Denso, are moving forward with plans to partner with inductive wireless charging company Electreon. Wireless charging on Toyota electric vehicles—as a way of enabling smaller batteries, reducing the load on the grid and making it easier to incorporate renewables.
