Time sure flies fast, and celebrating 10 years of box office success.”Think like a man“, many people questioned, how can 10 years go by so quickly? Wednesday officially marks 10 years since the movie’s release, and it’s not just fans who celebrate the film but The stars of the film took to social media to acknowledge the important anniversary.
Based on the book “Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man” written by Steve Harvey, the film stars Kevin Hart, Terrence J, Regina Hall, Gabrielle Union, Taraji P. Henson, Michael Ealy, Jerry Ferrara, Romany Malco, Garry Owen, Meagan Good, Lala Anthony, Jennifer Lewis and a list of other familiar faces.
Like the book, the film sparks a conversation about dating standards, as the women in the film absorb dating advice from the book penned by Steve Harvey.
Kevin Hart took to social media and speak,
“10th Anniversary of “Think Like A Man”…. So great. This movie changed my life. I love and appreciate this cast so much!!!!! How much time has passed?????”
Terrence J also talked about the movie and said,
“TLAM’s 10th Anniversary! Time passes fast. One of the best experiences of my life. Love this cast, crew and everyone who watched it. We changed the game with this one! What is your favorite line??? ”
Will Packerwho produced the film, shared photos of himself with their cast from 2012 that went viral in Essence Magazine and said,
“A DECADE a go TODAY Think Like A Man has been released!!! This is still one of my favorite experiences!! I love every single one of these people. We are still a family to this day! Happy anniversary to you guys!!! ”
“Think Like A Man” has continued and grossed over $33.7 million in its opening weekend at the box office and grossed $17.6 million in its second weekend.
The film’s success led to the sequel “Think Like A Man Too,” which hit theaters on June 20, 2014.
