These 15 simple noodle recipes are quick, easy, and delicious


We are always on the lookout for quick and delicious recipes to help streamline our meal preparation. I’m not sure about you, but with the kids in the house, feeling the heat and trying to adjust to the impending grocery shortage, Pasta plate It’s always a good idea, and sometimes it’s easy. So we did our due diligence and found some really simple and delicious pasta recipes to kick-start our regular dinner routine.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ll take a bowl mac and cheese any day of the week, but as they say, variety is the spice of life! Today, there are so many great pasta recipes to choose from that are surprisingly delicious without being overly complicated. And this is just something so satisfying to end the day with a filling bowl of pasta, and luckily that’s perfect canvas to honor seasonal, bright products. Few things are as exciting as colorful spring and summer vegetables, and we want to take advantage of them all.

Pesto Pasta Primavera

Why we love it: This is the last noodle dish of spring. Judging by the color alone, you will quickly be able to tell that the taste is fresh and bright. Camille makes this recipe at least once a week and everyone on Team CS is there and she will keep it in our starting rotation.

Why we love it: One of our favorites, Joshua McFadden, created this beautiful vibrant green dish using her famous whole-wheat pasta and kale bread. Pesto pasta is always a good idea (see above), and this kale version is both nutritious and delicious.

Gemelli is my slightly chewy pasta shape. Served with all-you-can-eat sausage and bittersweet arugula, this will become a regular on your weeknight rotation.

Hero composition: Arugula is my favorite green. It has a spicy, bitter taste, and is perfect when served cold in a salad or served hot as in this delicious pasta dish all year round.
