The romantic Golden Retriever hopelessly falls in love with the girl next door

When a Golden Retriever and a Rodeshian Ridgeback in neighboring houses fall in love, not even a fence can separate them. The pair of puppies visit each other daily, even sharing and exchanging toys across the divider.

So, after this went on for a while, their family finally decided to arrange some “fence-free” dates, and their friendship was simply the sweetest thing to watch. .

How it all started

Pax’s parents began to notice a pattern. Every time they let their sweet boy out, he would go straight to a specific point along their fence. That’s where he’ll stand so he can stare at their neighbor’s back door for a long time. Why? Because that’s where he will wait for the girl next to him.

Even their neighbors began to notice Pax’s preoccupation with their puppy. They often spotted him looking for Penny, and they even sent Pax’s parents pictures of him looking at their yard. Fortunately for the puppy with love sickness, the affection is mutual. Penny, the ridgeback next door, also loves the gorgeous Golden Retriever.

In fact, Pax was one of the only reasons Penny was willing to face her fear of snow. After the puppies’ backyards were covered with several inches of snow, Penny and Pax were separated for an entire week. She was simply too scared to run away in the snow. But before long, love triumphed over fear. When a path is shoveled and she sees Pax’s pretty face waiting for her, Penny is finally ready to rush out into the snow to greet her best friend.

Soon after, the couple returned to greet each other every morning and share toys over the fence. So the obvious next step is to arrange some “official” playtime for the puppies without a fence separating them. And they succeeded as their parents expected!

Pax’s mother said: ‘They got along so well that we couldn’t keep them apart.

They hugged each other in kisses, matching their playstyle, and IIt is clear that both of them love each other very much. It’s a match made in puppy heaven, and it’s one of the best love stories we’ve ever seen.
