Hannah’s heart ached as she left behind her best friends, including her pony, Derby and Buddy. So when Hannah returned home for the Christmas break after three months, she was anxious to see Buddy. And Buddy can’t wait to meet her!
Hannah adopted Buddy as a puppy, now aged and suffering from arthritis, almost deaf. However, that didn’t stop Buddy from giving Hannah a warm welcome. As soon as Buddy found out about Hannah, she buried her head in Hannah’s lap and started crying.
